Preheat oven to 350°. Break eggs into a measuring cup and beat with a whisk. Add water to make 2/3 cup. In mixer, beat cake mix, brown sugar, and eggs, and place in a greased 9x13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool.
