Buy a large chicken, or 2 chickens, so you have leftovers to use for Meal 4, Chicken Lo Mein. Cube leftover chicken - you will need about 2 cups. If desired – cook 2 chickens so you have leftovers.

You will use some of the raspberries for Meal 2 in the Fruit Salsa, and also to top the Pizza for Meal 5. Be sure to buy enough!

Fruit is in season, so take advantage. Buy extra and save some strawberries to use in the salad for Meal 3 and the dessert for Meal 5.

Use 2 cups of the leftover chicken from Meal 1. Add all the sauce ingredients with the veggies and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken last, along with the noodles, and stir-fry 1-2 minutes more.

Double or triple the brown rice and freeze in serving sizes bags so you have rice ready to make quick meals.
