Dovetailing Tips: Today is onion chopping day, but I'll take it easy on you. Simply chop 2 large onions. Use half today and save half for Thursday.

The other simple tip to get ahead is to chop enough peanuts for this meal and Wednesday's rice dish all at once. Chop 3/4 cup of dry-roasted peanuts and that will be enough for 1/4 cup today and 1/2 cup Wednesday!
