Scalloped Potatoes with Kielbasa Sausage
Ingredients:10 medium potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 pound kielbasa
4 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
1 can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
Sauce: Melt margarine in large skillet. Add flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly, until flour and milk are completely combined and thickened. Salt and pepper to taste. Add soup.
Place a layer of potatoes in bottom of crock pot that has been sprayed with Pam. Place a layer of onions, then a layer of white sauce. Add a layer of meat. Repeat until all layers have been used. Finish with a layer of white sauce. Cook for 6 to 8 hours on low.
*You can substitute ham if that is more to your liking!
