Grilled Parmesan Vegetables
A colorful veggie side dish coated in zesty Italian dressing, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and cooked on the grill is ready in just 20 minutes.
|2||zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices|
|2||yellow crookneck squash, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices|
|2||red bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips|
|2||yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips|
|2||green bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips|
|1/3 cup||zesty italian herb dressing|
|1/4 cup||freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill vegetables 10 min. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
Place in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
