Grilled Parmesan Vegetables

A colorful veggie side dish coated in zesty Italian dressing, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and cooked on the grill is ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

2 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2 yellow crookneck squash, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
2 red bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips
2 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips
2 green bell peppers, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips
1/3 cup zesty italian herb dressing
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat grill to medium heat.

Grill vegetables 10 min. or until crisp-tender, turning occasionally.

Place in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.

Sprinkle with cheese.
