Pork Tenderloin Sliders
Pork tenderloin is one of my favorite cuts of meat. No matter what you do to it, it is delicious. I always like to have leftovers so I can make these easy sliders.Yield: 12 sliders
|2 pounds||pork tenderloin, cooked, sliced into 1/2-inch slices|
|12||slider buns, split|
|condiments , of choice|
Spread butter onto both sides of split slider buns. Toast on griddle or in a large skillet until lightly golden brown. Remove from griddle and spread with condiments of choice, and top with pork tenderloin slices. Add more veggies and with top of slider bun.
