Utah Pastrami Cheese Burgers
A Utah favorite. Pile pastrami on your burger for a taste treat. We like to buy deli pastrami and have it thinly sliced.
|1 3/4 pounds||ground beef chuck|
|2 teaspoons||Worcestershire sauce|
|4 slices||pastrami (or 1/2 pound deli pastrami, thinly sliced)|
|4 slices||mozzarella cheese|
|8 slices||dill pickles|
Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Form into 4 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
Cook on grill for 5-6 minutes each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes.
Toast 4 buns, and add pastrami and cheese.
Top with condiments, and serve.
