Sweet and Sour Pork with Rice

Ingredients

2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 pound boneless pork, cut up in 1-inch cubes
1 (15-ounce) can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup red and green pepper slices

Directions:

Heat oil in skillet; brown pork. Add next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer 10 minutes, or until done. Mix cornstarch and water; add to pork with peppers. Boil 2 minutes stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
