Spicy Salsa Shrimp

Ingredients

1 (18-ounce) package uncooked, frozen shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 cups , shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions:

Peel and devein shrimp sauté shrimp and garlic in oil in a 10" skillet for 4 minutes. Stir in salsa. Remove from heat add cilantro. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden.
