Ingredients

1 pound ground beef, browned
1 cup potato, sliced
1 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 cup onion, sliced
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Spread ground beef in a 12" skillet layer potatoes, carrots and then onion on top. Add soup sprinkle on cheese. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
