Piña Colada Fruit Dip

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 cup milk
1 (3 1/2-ounce) package instant coconut pudding mix
1/2 cup dairy sour cream

Directions:

Combine all in a food processor; process for 30 seconds. Pour into a plastic bowl with a lid. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors. Serve dip in hollowed-out pineapple; either using the bottom half to form a cup, or cut lengthwise to form a boat. Serve with an assortment of fresh fruits.
