Ingredients

1 cup grapefruit sections (each cut in half)
2 cups orange sections (each cut in half)
2 cups apples, cut in bite-size pieces
20 pitted cherries, sliced in half
2 cups sliced bananas
1/2 cup shredded coconut (use fresh, or coconut without sugar added)
80 small (mini) marshmallows
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:

Wash, peel, and section grapefruit and oranges. Put in large bowl. Wash, core, and cut apples. Add to above. Mix well. (This will prevent apples from getting dark). Wash, pit, and slice cherries and add to above mixture. Peel and slice bananas and add to above. Add coconut, marshmallows and sour cream. Mix all together. (If this recipe is prepared ahead, do not add marshmallows until ready to serve).
