Ingredients

1 1/2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
bread crumbs
------------------------------
White Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Mix chicken, bread crumbs, walnuts, celery, onion, salt and paprika. Moisten with a little White Sauce. Form mixture into logs 3-inches long. Roll in bread crumbs and fry in oil. Drain and serve with remaining White Sauce.

White Sauce:
Combine well.
