
Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon; crumble and set aside. Add celery and onion to drippings in skillet; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except potatoes; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Fold in potatoes and bacon; heat through. Serve warm.
