Five-Minute Pizzas


Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 English muffins
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon onion grated
1/2 teaspoon oregano crushed
2 packages pastrami 2 1/2 ounce packages
8 mozzarella cheese, 1/2 ounce

Directions:

Split English muffins (hamburger buns may be substituted) open. If desired, lightly toast English muffins. Combine catsup (chili sauce may be substituted), onion, and oregano. Spread lightly over open sandwiches, using only part of sauce. Top with pastrami (spiced beef may be substituted) slices, then with cheese (Monterey Jack may be substituted for Mozzarella). Garnish with mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, green pepper, or other toppings, then top with remaining pizza sauce. Broil about 5 inches from source of heat until cheese is bubbly hot and melted. Serve at once.
