Deviled Pork Sandwich Filling

Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can pork luncheon meat, coarsely grated
4 eggs hard-cooked and chopped
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
1 cup Swiss cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, using just enough mayonnaise (or salad dressing) to moisten. Store in refrigerator in covered jar. Use within 3 days or freeze. Makes enough filling for 12 sandwiches.
