Spicy Catfish Amandine

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons lemon juice
6 (6-ounce) catfish filets
1 1/2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions:

Combine butter and lemon juice; dip each fillet in butter mixture; arrange in 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle fish with Creole seasoning and almonds. Bake at 375° for 25–30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
