Bob’s Barbecued Shrimp


Serves: 5

Ingredients

5 pounds medium to large shrimp, headless
1/2 pound butter
1/2 pound margarine
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
3 ounces Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
2 lemons, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco
1 ounce soy sauce

Directions:

Wash shrimp and place in a large baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over shrimp. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with plenty of garlic bread.
