Creamy Polenta


Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 cups whole milk
1 clove garlic minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup instant polenta
1/4 cup shaved fresh Parmesan cheese
salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil the milk, garlic, and thyme, being careful not to burn. Pour polenta into infused milk, lower heat, and stir constantly until creamy. Fold in cheese and blend well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
