Scalloped Apples

Ingredients

8 tart apples sliced and peeled
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Place apples in 2-1/2 qt microwave-safe bowl. Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon sprinkle over apples and toss to coat. Dot with butter. Cover and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring every 5 minutes.
