Apple Pie

Ingredients

2 prepared, deep dish pie shells
1 (6-ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate
2 tablespoons cornstarch
6 apples
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Heat juice and thicken with cornstarch. Add margarine and cinnamon. Peel and slice apples. Dump into pan of hot juice and stir. Sprinkle with salt. Pour into prepared pie shell and top with lattice. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
