When It Just Works
Every once in a while, we receive a note that reminds us why we do what we do.
Alex Slosman has been using Cook'n for more than 20 years. Recently, he used the Snip It feature for the first time in a couple of years and sent me this:
"Today for the first time in a couple of years I used the Snip It feature of the software. It looked and worked significantly differently than I expected. It also just worked. I did not have to think much about what I was doing or explore online help. I just clicked what seemed logical and I had my recipe ready to save.
Over the years Cook'n has gone from Outstanding to an Essential tool in my kitchen. Though we have had hiccups along the way, Support has always been right there regardless if I had a subscription at that time or not. They just gave me answers.
Given all that I just wanted to say Thank you for this product and the effort that goes into maintaining it. My life would be more difficult without it."

Of everything Alex said, I especially loved these three words:

We have put a tremendous amount of effort into Cook'n over the years trying to make powerful features easier and more intuitive. So hearing that Alex didn't need instructions or help and could simply click what seemed logical is one of the best compliments he could give us.
But this one really got me:
"Cook'n has gone from Outstanding to an Essential tool in my kitchen."
Coming from someone who has been using Cook'n for more than 20 years, that means a LOT!
Alex has been with us through countless changes, improvements, new features and, as he kindly put it, a few "hiccups" along the way. 😊
I'm also grateful that he mentioned our Support team. We genuinely want to help people. Behind Cook'n is a small group of people who care deeply about this product and the folks who use it.
Alex, thank you for sticking with us all these years. And thank you for taking a few minutes to remind all of us why we keep working so hard to make Cook'n better.
