Thousands of Recipes Have a New Home!
I love hearing from longtime MasterCook users who have made the move to Cook’n, especially when they’ve spent years building a recipe collection they don’t want to lose.
K M Taylor recently left us this note:
“This app replaces Mastercook, which I used for years. I have thousands of recipes. It took a while but they’re all here now. Contacted the Help group since my Search command didn’t produce results. One of them came to my app, deleted some bad stuff and helped my reopen and resync. All is well now. I’m very grateful.”
Thousands of recipes! That’s not just a recipe collection. That’s years of favorite meals, family traditions, discoveries, and probably quite a few recipes with stories attached to them.
So I was especially happy to hear that all of those recipes made the journey from MasterCook to Cook’n. And when K M Taylor ran into a problem with Search, our support team was able to connect, clean things up, reopen Cook’n, and get everything synced and working again.
My response was:
“Thank you so much! We’re thrilled that all your recipes made the journey from MasterCook to Cook’n and that our support team was able to get your search working again. Thousands of recipes is quite a collection! 😊 Thanks for trusting Cook’n to be their new home!”
That last part really is important to me. When you’ve spent years building a collection of thousands of recipes, those recipes are valuable. We don’t take it lightly when you trust Cook’n to be their new home.
