Ingredients:
1 package (6-1/2 ounces) pizza crust mixes
1/2 cup alfredo sauce
2 medium tomatoes
4 cups chopped fresh spinach
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F. Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions. Use floured hands to place the dough onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet. Editor's Tips: If you're using frozen dough, make sure it's thawed ahead of time according to the package directions. And it's helpful to stretch any pizza dough instead of rolling it; if it keeps snapping back, let it rest for a few minutes and then go back to it. Stretch the dough a little more than 12 inches to account for shrinkage in the oven.

Thinly slice or chop your tomatoes. Spread the Alfredo sauce over the dough to within 1 inch of the edge, then top the pizza with the spinach, then the tomatoes and finally the cheese. Editor's Tip: A little sprinkle of salt on the pizza and the crust will do wonders for extra flavor.

Bake the pizza for 10 to 15 minutes. The cheese should be totally melted and the crust should be golden brown. Editor's Tip: Around the halfway mark, rotate the pizza for a more even bake.
