Greek Frappe (iced Coffee)
In Greece they love their Frappes! And once you try one you are hooked as it is the perfect beverage on a hot day...try it at home, its easy!
|1 1/2 teaspoons||instant espresso coffee|
|1/4 cup||cold water +more, for top up|
|1/4 cup||cold milk|
In a jar with a tight fitting lid add sugar, coffee and 1/4 cup water, seal and shake well for about 30 secs until foamy. Add ice to a tall glass and pour the coffee and foam over it. Add the milk (adjust more or less milk to your liking). Slowly add more cold water to the glass until foam reaches the rim. Serve immediately with a straw for sipping.
