Greek Tomato Olive Salad

This recipe is great with a sprinkling of Feta cheese.

1 (6-ounce) package cherry or grape tomato
1 (6-ounce) jar green olives
1 can black olives
1 small red onion
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper to taste


Cut tomatoes and olives in half. Finely chop onion. Place all in a large bowl. In a small bowl or glass jar, mix together olive oil, vinegar, sugar and oregano. Pour over tomato-olive mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently stir to coat. Chill to combine flavors.
