Herb Salad Mix With Tomatoes, Pepper, and Feta

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 clove fresh garlic, crushed
Kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
5 ounces herb salad mix (6 cups)
1 cup grape tomato, halved
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broken pita bread chips
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)


1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, garlic, º teaspoon salt, and ? teaspoon black pepper.

2, Add the lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, pita chips, and Feta and toss to coat. Season with º teaspoon each salt and black pepper.
