Easy Cheesecake

A 5-star treat in just 3 steps, this creamy classic is the cheesecake to make anytime you're asked to bring dessert. Top with fresh fruit, if desired.

2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 ready-to-use graham cracker pie crust


HEAT oven to 325°F.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended.

POUR into crust.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
