We hear the words: Sirloin. Flank. Ham. But where in the world, or in the animal, do they come from? I like to know what it is that's going into my mouth, no matter how good it tastes. I decided to give you a few diagrams I found so that you can have a helpful reference if you want to know where you're meat is coming from, too.
