Chicken & Rice Casserole

Serves 8


4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 (14 1/2-ounce) bag frozen French-style green bean
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnut
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (7-ounce) box chicken-flavored rice vermicelli mix, cooked
salt and pepper to taste
garnish: grated Parmesan cheese

Combine ingredients together place in a 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 30 to 45 minutes.
