Fried Bananas

Ingredients

2 bananas cut diagonally into 3/4 inch pieces
canola oil to coat the bottom of a frying pan
cinnamon

Directions:

Heat pan over medium-high flame. Add canola oil and let heat up until it starts to move a bit. Add bananas and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Cook until golden brown on bottom, then flip with a spatula. Brown bottom. If they start to burn, turn heat down to medium.
