Ham Fried Rice


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup diced ham
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cups cooked rice
1 egg, beaten

Directions:

In large skillet melt butter. Sauté onion and green pepper until soft. Add remaining ingredients except egg. Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in egg and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
