The Glass is Always Greener

1/4 cup vanilla-flavored Rice Dream or your favorite rice milk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup diced banana
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
1 teaspoon spirulina, or according to specifi-brand label recommendation


Place the Rice Dream, orange juice, honey, blueberries, banana, tofu, and spirulina in a blender and mix on low speed until the mixture is blended. Continue mixing, gradually increasing the speed, until the mixture is smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with Berries on a Skewer (see Glorious Garnish), if desired.
