Apple-Berry Breakfast Crisp

Ingredients

4 apples, cored, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: vanilla yogurt

Topping:
1 cup quick-cooking or long-cooking oats, uncooked
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a large bowl; stir until fruit is evenly coated. Spoon into a lightly greased 8"x8" baking pan. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until apples are tender. Serve warm with yogurt, if desired.

Topping:
Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Tip: A sweet topping for pancakes, waffles, biscuits or scones….stir a sprinkling of cinnamon into a cup of warm honey. Yum!
