Pumpkin Nut Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg
1/3 cup agave
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup pureed pumpkin
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup raisins OR chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg in a bowl and mix together. Add in the egg, agave, oil, pumpkin and mix until well blended. Add in pecans and raisins, stir. Pour into muffin cups and bake at 400° for 14-15 minutes.
