Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup oats
1 egg
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup almond milk (regular milk is fine)
3 very ripe, mashed bananas
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or nut of choice)

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients together, than add the wet. Add the nuts. Pour into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until done.
