Warm Cobb Salad

Ingredients

1/2 head iceberg lettuce torn into bite sized pieces
1 cup ranch salad dressing
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 avocado peeled and diced
2 tomatoes seeded and chopped
2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
6 slices cooked bacon cut into 1/2 inch squares
1 to 1 3/4 pound Bread Bowl

Directions:

1. Preheat the broiler.

2. Place the lettuce in the bread bowl and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the dressing.

3. Add the eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and chicken. Drizzle with 1 1/2 tablespoons of dressing.

4. Sprinkle the blue cheese and bacon on top. Wrap the bowl with aluminum foil, leaving the top uncovered. Place under the broiler for 1 minute, or until the bacon is heated and the cheese begins to melt.

5. Carefully remove the foil, and serve the salad with the remaining dressing on the side.
