S'mores Sourdough Fondue

Ingredients

1 (4-ounce) package sweet baking chocolate broken into pieces
4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup light cream or milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup marshmallow crème
1 cup medium sized graham cracker crumbs
fresh fruit for dipping
bread from the hollowed out bread bowl, cut into bite sized cubes
1 to 1 3/4 pound Bread Bowl

Directions:

1. Place the baking chocolate, chocolate chips, cream, and sugar in a large saucepan or double boiler over low heat. Stir gently but frequently about 3 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat.

2. Stir the marshmallow creme and graham cracker crumbs into the chocolate, then pour into the bread bowl.

3. Serve immediately with fruit and bread for dipping.
