Fuzzy Navel Smoothie


Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 large or 3 small peaches seeded
1 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup cashew nuts
2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)

Directions:

Blend the orange juice and cashews until very smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend again. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute papaya juice for all or part of the orange juice.
Soak 1?2 cup almonds in distilled water for 2 days and use in place of cashews. You’ll be surprised what the soaking does for the flavor and digestibility of the almonds.
