Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen raspberries, defrosted

Directions:

Puree the raspberries in a blender and strain. Pour over puddings, ice cream, or frozen fruit soufflés. This recipe is wonderful if you want to add a raspberry liqueur (optional); and if so, you only need about 1 ounce.
