Pork Crown Roast with Cranberries

Ingredients

1 (7-pound) crown pork roast
1 1/2 cups raw cranberries
4 cups bread cubes
2 tablespoons grated onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Chop cranberries. Sauté bread cubes, onion, and garlic in butter for 10 minutes. Add cranberries and remaining ingredients. Fill center of roast with this mixture. Roast in slow oven (325°F) for 3 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers
185°F.
