Macaroni and Cheese

8 ounces elbow macaroni, boiled and drained
1 cup diced mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon A1 Steak Sauce
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated onion
freshly ground black pepper


Melt butter. Add flour and blend until smooth. Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add cheeses, onion, A-1® sauce, salt and pepper. Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and combine with macaroni. Put half of this mixture into a greased casserole and arrange half of the tomato slices on top. Repeat. Bake in oven (350°F) for 20 minutes. Broil under medium heat for about 10 minutes or until cheese sauce bubbles and begins to brown.
