Great Putt Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons melted butter
1 (8-ounce) tub low-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9-inch) ready-to-use chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
shaved chocolate or peanuts (optional)

Directions:

Beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and butter thoroughly until creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate overnight or freeze for several hours. Garnish with shaved chocolate or peanuts.
