Creamy Baked Cheesecake

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
cherry or blueberry pie filling


Heat oven to 325°. Combine first 3 ingredients; press into 9-inch springform pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in sweetened milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice, beating until blended. Bake 50 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream; bake 5 more minutes. Cool. Chill and top with cherry or blueberry topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
