Ingredients

2/3 cup water
2 apples, unpeeled and chopped
1 orange, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
2 cups chopped swiss chard or bok choy, packed
1/2 cup mint leaves, packed

Directions:

chef’s knife, 8-inch
blender
rubber spatula

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator, Minty Green Smoothie will keep for 12 hours.
