Ingredients

1 avocado, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons minced onions
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
dash cayenne
dash salt

Directions:

chef’s knife, 8-inch
measuring spoons
citrus juicer or reamer
garlic press
small bowl
fork

Put all the ingredients in a small bowl. Mash with a fork, leaving the mixture slightly chunky. Serve immediately.
