Ingredients

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon agave nectar or maple syrup
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus a pinch

Directions:

chef’s knife, 8-inch
measuring spoons
citrus juicer or reamer
blender
rubber spatula

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on medium speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator, Creamy Dill Dressing will keep for 3 days.
