Ingredients

1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted (see Tools and Techniques chapter)
1/4 cup Salsa or Mango Salsa (recipes found in Dips, Pâtés, And Savory Sauces chapter)

Directions:

chef’s knife, 8-inch
teaspoon
measuring cups

Use a teaspoon to remove a small amount of the avocado flesh to create a cavity. Fill with the salsa. Serve immediately.
