1 can water chestnut
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 chopped green pepper
4 diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Directions:

DIRECTIONS:

Cook rice according to package directions.

Cook the chicken until done - or, use caned chicken to make the recipe go faster.

Put cream of chicken soup in a small saucepan and add 1 can water. Warm over low heat. After chicken is cooked chop or shred it and either add it to the gravy or serve it as a "topping".

The toppings should be set out in individual bowls. Each person will then take the rice and add whatever toppings they choose to add. You do not need to have all the toppings every time. Just serve the toppings your family will eat.
