Tom Turkey & Stuffing

Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
4 cups assorted frozen vegetables, thawed
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of potato soup
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups sage-flavored stuffing mix, prepared

Directions:

Arrange turkey in a shallow, ungreased 3-quart casserole dish; top with vegetables. Stir together soups, milk, thyme and pepper in a bowl; spread over turkey and vegetables. Top with stuffing. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until hot.

Tip: Slip artwork between two pieces of clear self-adhesive plastic for placemats that are both practical and playful.
